It started when the founders observed overseas travellers fumbling for cash over the counter while purchasing a cup of coffee at the local coffee shop. Due to the language barrier, the tourist eventually poured out all the loose cash on the counter top for the cashier to help herself with the bill. Local coffee shops are known to be fast paced with their order and payment process.

The entire payment took longer than usual, resulting in frustration in locals who are in the queue waiting to buy their drink. It was certainly a very unpleasant experience during the rush hour.
